Century 21 Real Estate LLC has entered the UAE market, setting up its regional headquarters in Dubai as the anchor for its broader Middle East expansion.
The arrival of one of the world's most recognised real estate brands marks another vote of confidence in Dubai's property market, which continues to attract major global players. Century 21 operates across 82 countries with a network of more than 400,000 members.
Peter Matthews, Group CEO of Century 21 UAE and India, said the UAE government's focus on attracting global businesses had created a market with strong fundamentals and long-term visibility. He added that the scale of demand seen across the company's global network made Dubai the natural choice for its regional base.
The launch comes as Dubai's real estate sector continues to draw sustained international investment, driven by economic resilience, a growing professional population and a regulatory environment increasingly aligned with global standards.
For Century 21, the UAE entry positions the brand at the centre of one of the most competitive and fast-growing property markets in the world.
