Deliveroo App Enables Donations for Fathers’ Endowment Campaign in UAE

Deliveroo has announced its participation in the Fathers’ Endowment campaign, an initiative launched by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister, and Ruler of Dubai.

The campaign, introduced during Ramadan, aims to honor fathers by establishing a sustainable endowment fund dedicated to providing healthcare and treatment for those in need.

Through a dedicated page on the Deliveroo app, customers can contribute to the initiative by donating amounts ranging from AED 10 to AED 500. Available on Google Play, the Apple App Store, and Huawei AppGallery, the platform allows users to make seamless contributions, reinforcing values of compassion, solidarity, and philanthropy.

Taghrid Oraibi, Head of Communications at Deliveroo Middle East, emphasized that the campaign reflects the UAE’s deep respect for fathers and provides a unique opportunity for individuals to give back in their names.

“Deliveroo’s participation aligns with our commitment to UAE’s humanitarian initiatives. We encourage widespread community involvement to help the campaign achieve its goals,”

she stated.

The initiative welcomes contributions from individuals and institutions across multiple channels, including:

  • Website: Fathersfund.ae
  • Call Centre: 800 4999
  • Bank Transfer: Emirates Islamic Bank (IBAN: AE020340003518492868201)
  • SMS Donations: Text “Father” to 1034 (AED10), 1035 (AED50), 1036 (AED100), 1038 (AED500) (Etisalat & du users)
  • DubaiNow App: Under the “Donations” tab
  • Jood.ae: Dubai’s community contributions platform

By participating, Deliveroo reinforces its dedication to fostering a culture of giving and supporting the UAE’s vision for sustainable humanitarian initiatives.
