DIP Holding, a subsidiary of Dubai Investments, has set the final offer price for its initial public offering on the Dubai Financial Market at AED 1.12 per share, after bookbuilding and subscription closed on November 3.
At that price, the offering totals about AED 1.9 billion (US$529 million) and values the company at roughly AED 9.7 billion (US$2.6 billion) on listing. Dubai Investments is selling 1,735,243,300 existing shares, equal to 20 per cent of the issued share capital. It will receive the net proceeds and keep an 80 per cent stake.
Khalid Jassim bin Kalban, Chairman of DIP Holding and Vice Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Dubai Investments, said demand from local, regional and international investors was strong across the entire price range. He noted that this is the first IPO in the UAE this year, calling it a milestone for the Dubai Financial Market. CEO Omar AlMesmar said the company’s priorities are sustainable growth, strong cash generation and long-term returns.
Dividends are a central part of the pitch. DIP Holding expects to pay annualised dividends of AED 700 million for 2026, AED 725 million for 2027 and AED 750 million for 2028, distributed twice a year. Based on the 2027 figure and the offer price, the implied dividend yield is about 7.5 per cent. The first payout of AED 350 million, covering the full second half of 2026, is expected in April 2027.
Completion of the offering and admission to the market are expected on November 11, subject to market conditions and regulatory approvals. Subscribers in the First, Third and Fourth Tranches will be notified of allocations by SMS on November 10, when refunds of surplus amounts will begin.
