Ahmed Bin Sulayem, CEO of DMCC, highlights the collaboration with Signature Developers for The W Residences, a luxury project in JLT with 200 apartments over 32 storeys. This partnership follows successful projects like the Taj JLT hotel and The Residences, indicating sustained demand for premium properties in the area.
