dnata, a global leader in air and travel services, has signed a multi-year contract to provide inflight catering services for T’way Air at Rome Fiumicino Airport (FCO) in Italy.
Under the agreement, dnata’s team will produce and serve over 80,000 meals annually on T’way Air’s recently launched flights between Rome and Incheon (ICN), South Korea.
T’way Air, a rapidly growing low-cost South Korean airline, now operates three weekly flights connecting Rome with Incheon, further strengthening its presence in Europe. Besides Rome, the airline has recently expanded to other European cities, including Barcelona, Frankfurt, and Paris, with plans for additional routes.
Nicola Citarella, CEO of dnata Catering & Retail Italy, expressed enthusiasm about the partnership:

dnata currently serves 37 airline customers across 11 airports in Italy with a workforce of more than 880 professionals. In the 2023-24 fiscal year, dnata uplifted over 12 million meals for more than 140,000 flights in Italy. Globally, dnata’s catering and retail division produces over 110 million meals annually, serving a variety of carriers from more than 60 locations.
With this new partnership, dnata continues to solidify its position as one of the world’s leading inflight hospitality providers.
