Dubai Police's 'on-the-go' initiative aims to boost accessibility and convenience for the public by providing swift assistance and services.

Collaborating with fuel supply companies like ENOC, ADNOC, and Emarat, Dubai Police offers services such as reporting minor traffic accidents, hit-and-run incidents, police assistance, vehicle repair, and lost and found services. Leveraging smart devices and advanced technology, this initiative enables handling various services and procedures directly on the streets, eliminating the need for individuals to visit police stations physically and making the process more convenient.

The 'on-the-go' initiative, which operates across 138 service stations throughout the emirate, offers a range of services:

  • Vehicle repair service
  • Unknown accident report
  • Simple accident report
  • Police Eye
  • e-Crime
  • Lost and found

Fuel station personnel at service stations now assist motorists in reporting minor accidents and obtaining accident reports against unknown parties within minutes. This reduces waiting times for motorists and helps police patrols maintain traffic flow. After completing the paperwork, motorists can get their cars repaired immediately at the fuel station, with some eligible for free repairs. Dubai Police partnered with Autopro at Enoc stations to offer this express service. Following the accident report at Enoc station, drivers can head to Autopro for repairs. The damaged vehicle will be transported to an authorized workshop and returned to the driver's home after repairs. Eligible residents, including seniors, people with determination, and pregnant women, receive free repairs, while others can avail the service for a fee of Dh150.

Motorists have the option to report lost or found items conveniently through the Dubai Police Smart app. This smart system streamlines the process, reducing the time and effort required to track the item. Residents can file a report of lost or missing items directly through the app, visit the nearest police station, or utilize the Smart Police Station (SPS) to file a complaint. Upon completion, they receive a reference number to check the application status on the Dubai Police website.

The E-Crime self-service feature enables the public to report cybercrimes affecting individuals or properties conveniently. Residents or visitors can complete a form with detailed information to streamline the process. This ensures that the police can provide prompt and effective assistance. E-crime reports can be submitted via the Dubai Police app, the website (www.dubaipolice.gov.ae), or at various Smart Police Stations (SPS).

The Police Eye service provides residents with a platform to report crimes, thereby enhancing public safety and community well-being. Accessible in six languages, this service allows individuals to report crimes through the Dubai Police app and website. Through the Police Eye platform on the Dubai Police app, residents can promptly report suspicious activities and traffic incidents to the authorities for immediate action.
