Dubai Chamber of Digital Economy has signed two Memorandums of Understanding with Nebius Academy and Lovable to accelerate the adoption of Agentic AI across Dubai’s private sector, helping companies boost productivity and operational efficiency.
The agreements were signed in the presence of H.H. Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum. They support the programme to move Dubai’s private sector towards Agentic AI, launched by H.H. Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of The Executive Council of Dubai.
Dubai Chambers is overseeing the programme and has introduced specialised training tracks to equip 14,000 member companies with the skills to bring Agentic AI into their administrative and operational activities.
Under the Nebius Academy agreement, Dubai-based companies will get training in AI leadership and Agentic AI through Dubai Chambers Academy. The deal also covers training content, certifications, technical workshops and expert-led sessions for executives, technical teams and employees of member companies. Nebius Academy is the education arm of AI cloud company Nebius, which has a market capitalisation above US$63 billion.
The Lovable agreement centres on training and capability development. Lovable will support entrepreneurship and skills programmes for Dubai-based companies and founders, give access to its platform and educational resources, and take part in joint events and workshops. It will also provide platform credits, funded by Dubai Chambers, to participants in the Create AI Agents Championship.
Saeed Al Gergawi, Vice President of Dubai Chamber of Digital Economy, said the aim is to build a more innovative and agile business community while helping startups develop Agentic AI solutions and reach new markets.
Raja Agrawal of Nebius said businesses need practical knowledge to move from understanding Agentic AI to applying it in daily operations.
The agreements align with the Dubai Economic Agenda D33 and reinforce the emirate’s position as a global digital economy hub.
