The Dubai Sports Council has launched its latest Dubai Sports Events Calendar, covering more than 500 events across the 2026-2027 season, including over 80 international tournaments and championships.
The calendar follows the directives of H.H. Sheikh Mansoor bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, President of the UAE Olympic Committee and Chairman of the Council. It was developed with the Dubai Digital Authority and is free to access through the DubaiNow app, which also explains how to register to attend or take part in events. A dedicated website carries in-depth details for fans living in or visiting the emirate, reinforcing Dubai’s standing as a global sports tourism destination.
The season opens with the Dubai Fitness Challenge from 31 October to 29 November. November also brings the Dubai International Rally from 5 to 8 November, the DP World Tour Championship from 12 to 15 November and the T100 Triathlon from 13 to 15 November, followed by the HYROX Championship on 27 and 28 November.
The World Sports Summit, which will bring global sporting figures and decision makers to the city, takes place on 28 and 29 December.
January features the Dubai Marathon on 17 January, the Hero Dubai Desert Classic from 21 to 24 January and the Burj2Burj Half Marathon on 24 January. February includes the UAE Tour Women, the only UCI Women’s World Tour race in the Middle East, from 3 to 6 February, and the Dubai Duty Free Tennis Championships from 14 to 27 February.
