Dubai Chambers has launched Chamber AI Hub, the world’s first chamber-led Agentic AI marketplace, giving companies in Dubai access to ready-to-use, specialised AI agents that can handle a wide range of administrative and operational tasks.
The launch follows directives from H.H. Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defence of the UAE, and Chairman of The Executive Council of Dubai, to speed up the adoption of Agentic AI across the private sector.
The platform currently offers 22 specialised agents across seven areas: compliance, procurement, operations, finance, sales, human resources and logistics. Plans are in place to expand the offering to 100 agents. Tasks covered include supplier discovery, vendor proposal evaluation, supply chain risk monitoring, contract review, invoice matching, proposal generation, resume screening, lead scoring and IT help desk requests.
Dubai Chambers members can try any agent in a sandbox before activating it. Companies receive complimentary credits to start, with paid packages based on usage after that. Dashboards show usage and costs, a readiness assessment gauges preparedness, and an admin portal lets company administrators monitor team activity.
H.E. Eng. Sultan bin Saeed Al Mansoori, Chairman of Dubai Chambers, said success in the shift to Agentic AI depends on how well companies use these tools to solve business challenges and deliver tangible results, not on adoption alone.
The programme aims to enable more than 295,000 private sector companies over two years. Specialised training tracks will also help 14,000 companies from the Business Groups and Business Councils under Dubai Chamber of Commerce deploy Agentic AI in their operations.
The platform complies with UAE regulatory requirements and data privacy standards. Data is hosted in the UAE, with each company’s information kept separate, and the agents support both Arabic and English.
