Dubai CommerCity has teamed up with NQuBator to roll out a new incubation programme aimed at fast-tracking high-potential digital commerce startups and reinforcing Dubai's entrepreneurial ecosystem.

The initiative kicks off with a Global Call for Applications on August 10, 2026, inviting entrepreneurs and emerging startups worldwide to apply for the inaugural cohort. The programme will center on the opportunities and challenges shaping the digital commerce sector. Selected participants will join a structured incubation track starting in October 2026, gaining tailored support to sharpen their business models, validate their solutions and prepare for market expansion.

Startups accepted into the programme will receive mentorship, expert advisory services and capability-building support, along with access to industry networks. Dubai CommerCity will also arrange pilot opportunities with corporate partners and organize Demo Days and investor engagement events to link founders with potential investors and strategic collaborators.

Amna Lootah, Director-General of Dubai CommerCity, said the partnership supports the Dubai Economic Agenda D33 by helping close the investment readiness gap for digital and e-commerce startups, giving founders the mentorship and operational expertise needed to build resilient, growth-ready businesses.

Saeed Hamad Al Hamli, Founder and CEO of NQuBator, said building successful digital commerce ventures takes more than good ideas, noting that access to the right ecosystem, expertise and strategic partnerships is essential. He described Dubai CommerCity as the natural partner for the initiative.

Under the agreement, startups will gain access to Dubai CommerCity's innovation ecosystem and connections with strategic stakeholders. The free zone will also support eligible startups with business setup services, regulatory guidance and other resources to ease market entry.

The collaboration reflects Dubai's broader push to strengthen its standing as a global hub for entrepreneurship and digital commerce, aligning with the goals of the Dubai Economic Agenda D33.
