Dubai Financial Market (DFM) has introduced two AI-powered features—Smart Disclosures and Financial Summary—on its iVestor app, aiming to make financial information more accessible and easier to understand for investors.
Unveiled during the 3rd MENA Capital Market Summit on 6–7 May at Madinat Jumeirah, the features are part of broader enhancements to iVestor, which now allows users to trade DFM shares directly through the platform. The move reflects DFM’s push to improve digital access and support smarter, faster decision-making.
Smart Disclosures condense complex company announcements into clear summaries, spotlighting key information. Meanwhile, Financial Summary offers a quick snapshot of a company’s performance, highlighting core figures such as revenue, profit, and earnings per share.

The updates are designed to help investors—particularly newer and younger ones—engage with financial data more confidently and with less effort. By streamlining how disclosures and reports are delivered, DFM hopes to reduce barriers to market participation.
“Across global markets, there’s a clear shift toward simpler, more intuitive investor experiences,”
said Hamed Ali, CEO of DFM and Nasdaq Dubai.
“These features are one way we’re aligning with that shift while responding to the needs of our own market.”
The launch builds on DFM’s 2024 transformation of iVestor from a dividend-only platform into a full-service investment hub. Today, the app supports IPO subscriptions, private offerings, portfolio management, fund transfers, and market tracking.
With over 240,000 users from more than 100 nationalities, iVestor has become a key gateway to Dubai’s capital markets. The addition of AI tools signals DFM’s continued focus on user-friendly innovation and long-term investor engagement.
