Dubai Future Academy has unveiled eight specialised training programmes for 2025 aimed at equipping professionals with future-critical skills in foresight, artificial intelligence, and innovation.
Announced by the Dubai Future Foundation (DFF), the initiative targets executives, policymakers, and forward-focused individuals across sectors, aligning with the UAE’s drive to build a resilient, future-ready society. Courses will run throughout the year, focusing on strategic upskilling in areas such as scenario planning, AI productivity, and innovation leadership.
“These programmes reflect Dubai’s long-standing commitment to equipping individuals and institutions with the knowledge and tools needed to navigate disruption, embrace innovation, and design the future,”
said Abdulaziz AlJaziri, Deputy CEO of DFF.
The Academy's 2025 lineup includes Foresight Leadership (16–17 June), Future-Proofing Innovation (22–24 September), AI Workplace (7–8 October), Futures Thinking (24–25 November), and Innovation Foresight (8–10 December). Each course blends theoretical frameworks with real-world case studies and practical workshops.
Designed in collaboration with global experts and institutions, the programmes focus on three core pillars—Futures Literacy, Futures Technologies, and Futures Methodologies. Participants will gain actionable insights in systems thinking, leadership resilience, AI applications, and strategy transformation.
Open to mid- to senior-level professionals and decision-makers, the initiative reflects Dubai's broader ambition to develop agile talent capable of leading through change and shaping the future across disciplines and borders.
