Dubai Holding has teamed up with Microsoft to embed artificial intelligence across its entire business, marking the first enterprise-scale deployment of its kind in the Middle East and Africa region.
The collaboration positions Dubai Holding at the forefront of AI adoption in the region, integrating the technology directly into core processes and decision-making frameworks. The move spans the group's diverse portfolio, which includes real estate, hospitality, retail, entertainment, investments and community management.
Employees across the organisation will gain access to AI tools through a unified interface, enabling them to apply them within their daily responsibilities. This includes the rollout of AI agents designed to automate routine tasks and streamline workflows, representing a significant shift in how the group approaches productivity.
A structured training programme, featuring targeted workshops and practical use-case development, will support the rollout and ensure consistent adoption across the organisation.
The initiative aligns with the UAE National AI Strategy 2031 and the Dubai AI Roadmap, reinforcing Dubai's ambitions as a global hub for applied innovation. It also builds on Dubai Holding's existing AI partnerships, including its joint venture Aither with Palantir Technologies.
Amit Kaushal, Group Chief Executive Officer of Dubai Holding, said the collaboration represents a deliberate step in embedding AI into core operations, in line with Dubai's digital transformation goals.
Brad Smith, Vice Chair and President of Microsoft, noted that the next phase of AI is defined by how organisations apply it at scale, adding that Microsoft's role is to support customers with the platforms needed to integrate AI securely while advancing responsible innovation.
