It brought together representatives from over 36 global cities to discuss urban development through cultural investments and creative industries.

The event featured over 30 sessions, including panel discussions and interactive presentations on topics ranging from AI's impact on cultural policy to sustainable cultural funding. Discussions underscored the role of creativity in shaping future urban spaces and emphasized youth engagement in cultural policymaking. Sheikha Latifa highlighted culture’s transformative power, positioning it as a tool for sustainable growth and a means to overcome global challenges.

Key initiatives included the launch of the "Future of Education in the Creative Economy" report, stressing the need for investment in cultural education. Dubai also unveiled its first event report documenting summit insights and best practices for urban cultural development. Additionally, Dubai Culture’s Night-Time Policy Accelerator aims to support night-time activities, boosting urban economies.
