Successful Experiences
"Project management is important for the global economy. It is not limited to infrastructure and construction projects, but also includes many administrative and supervisory roles and responsibilities and daily business. Various activities and events in our daily lives, especially in the world of business, are projects that require effective management to achieve set goals and accomplishments under short, medium and long-term plans.,” said Al Marri.
“Project managers usually have vital and decisive roles in implementing ambitious strategies and plans of public and private entities. Organisations have therefore got to start preparing future leaders of project management, not only project managers. Such a course of action requires sharing successful experiences among countries worldwide with the aim of setting up a successful and sustainable project management model.
“Interacting with people with rich practical experience through events such as this forum offers future project managers exposure to knowledge and experience of top international business experts and decision-makers. Official speakers at the forum will address several topics relating to current developments and trends, especially the impact of the Covid-19 on the global economy, which prompted governments and decision-makers to adopt flexible management strategies in managing global economic projects in a way capable of turning challenges into opportunities and achievements compatible with the current global situation.
“The participation of such prominent local and international project management experts in the Dubai International Project Management Forum along with keynote speakers will enrich the event which is hosted by RTA for the seventh time. Their involvement is undoubtedly instrumental in attracting many participants from the region and far afield, especially as project management is a key element in driving the growth across the board,” concluded Al Marri.
