Dubai Land Department has received the 2025 Hamdan Flag under the Hamdan bin Mohammed Programme for Government Services, honouring its Tamallak+ initiative in the pioneering category.

The award marks a significant step in DLD's digital transformation and its overhaul of the real estate transaction registration process.

Tamallak+ was built in line with the Dubai Government Services 360 policy, which prioritises redesigning processes around customer needs through an integrated, data-driven digital ecosystem. The initiative supports the Dubai Economic Agenda D33 and the Dubai Real Estate Strategy 2033, both aimed at positioning the emirate as a top global destination to live, work and invest.

The platform brings together a suite of smart services, including AI-driven property valuation, instant sales registration and developer self-registration. It also backs the First-Time Home Buyer Programme and opens new avenues for fractional ownership through real estate asset tokenization.

By automating services and strengthening real-time data sharing between government entities and partners, Tamallak+ has cut service completion time by 88 percent. Property registration is now a fully digital process that requires no in-person visits, and customer satisfaction has reached 96.5 percent.

DLD has linked its systems with 59 major developers and 30 banks, allowing some sales transactions to be completed in as little as five minutes. This level of integration reflects deepening collaboration between the public and private sectors in Dubai's property market.

The results speak to the sector's growing appeal. Dubai welcomed more than 129,000 new real estate investors in 2025, a sign of rising confidence in the emirate's regulatory framework and government services.

DLD says it will continue expanding proactive, AI-driven services as part of its push to build a smarter, more sustainable real estate ecosystem going forward.
