The honour follows an in depth assessment conducted by an international panel of experts and auditors. The evaluation measured Dubai Municipality's institutional framework against globally recognised standards spanning governance, quality and risk management, business continuity, innovation, digital transformation and the responsible use of artificial intelligence.
The recognition highlights the Municipality's ongoing efforts to strengthen institutional performance through an integrated governance framework. This framework supports operational excellence, service innovation and sustainable development while working to improve quality of life across the emirate.
Officials note that adopting international standards has boosted organisational performance and improved the customer experience through streamlined procedures, quicker service delivery and greater use of smart digital tools and artificial intelligence.
