Dubai Police and "du," a subsidiary of Emirates Integrated Telecommunications Company, have jointly organized a series of strategic meetings to discuss and enhance digital transformation in police operations.
This initiative aligns with both organizations' commitment to making Dubai a global model for digital innovation.
The meetings covered six key areas:
- Community Happiness: Focused on public awareness, cultural initiatives, and corporate identity.
- Financial Management: Addressed revenue and financial efficiency.
- Excellence and Pioneering: Involved in developing projects and strategic planning.
- Legal Affairs: Discussed legal consultations and legislation.
- Governance and Risk Management: Explored governance, risk, and business continuity.
- Information Security: Focused on cybersecurity and information governance.
Senior officers and experts from various fields participated in these meetings, aiming to exchange expertise, enhance cooperation, and provide joint training. Brigadier Dr. Saleh Al Hamrani emphasized the importance of these meetings in implementing smart services and artificial intelligence to enhance security and community well-being. He highlighted the commitment of Dubai Police to applying advanced digital services, in line with the UAE Digital Government Strategy 2025.
Ahmed Bourhima, Executive Director of Government Relations at "du," underscored the importance of collaboration between "du" and Dubai Police in achieving digital transformation and enhancing various operations. He noted the shared goal of making Dubai a global leader in digital transformation through the exchange of expertise and ideas.
