In a significant move to enhance governance and strategic partnership management, Dubai Police has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the Mohammed bin Rashid School of Government (MBRSG).

This collaboration aims to introduce the first specialized diploma in "Strategic Partnerships Management in Governments," offered in both Arabic and English.

The MoU was signed by Major General Ali Ahmad Ghanem, Assistant Commander-in-Chief for Community Happiness and Logistics Support at Dubai Police, and Dr. Ali bin Sebaa Al Marri, CEO of MBRSG. The signing ceremony was attended by several senior officers from both organizations, including Brigadier Badran Al Shamsi and Brigadier Ali Khalfan Al Mansouri.

Major General Ghanem emphasized the significance of the partnership, stating,

“This agreement supports Dubai Police's strategic vision and the directives of His Excellency Lieutenant General Abdulla Khalifa Al Marri to foster partnerships with the public and private sectors. This is key in advancing government work towards greater efficiency and effectiveness.”

He noted that the diploma program will equip participants with essential skills for managing strategic partnerships and staying abreast of global best practices.

Dr. Al Marri expressed his enthusiasm for the initiative, highlighting MBRSG's commitment to empowering future leaders and enhancing national talent in leadership, strategy, and governance.

"This partnership with Dubai Police aligns with our goal to offer innovative training and development programs, including the first diploma on strategic partnerships management. Together, we aim to contribute to the UAE's development and support its vision for a prosperous and sustainable future,"

he stated.

The collaboration will also include the publication of a bilingual book on "Government Strategic Partnerships" and workshops tailored for leaders and managers in both public and private sectors.
