Dubai will welcome global law enforcement leaders as the World Police Summit returns for its fourth edition from 13th to 15th May at the Dubai World Trade Centre, under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister, and Ruler of Dubai.
Organised by Dubai Police, the summit is set to host more than 150 speakers and security experts from over 100 countries, establishing itself as a premier platform for international collaboration in law enforcement. The event will spotlight the latest in policing technology, community safety strategies, and cross-border cooperation.
Lieutenant General Abdulla Khalifa Al Marri, Commander-in-Chief of Dubai Police, said the summit highlights Dubai’s role in shaping global security discourse.
“Through impactful international events, we anticipate and counter evolving threats, strengthening community safety around the world,”
he noted.
This year’s summit will feature key voices such as UNICRI’s Irakli Beridze, U.S. diplomat Michael LeVine, anti-human trafficking advocate Theresa Flores, cybercrime expert Dr Charis Savvides, and ethics advisor Jimena Viveros. Special sessions will explore children’s rights and digital protection, led by regional and international experts.
The programme spans 12 thematic tracks across four platforms, covering areas like AI in policing, aviation security, cybercrime, money laundering, narcotics, organised crime, and digital transformation.
Emirates returns as the summit’s official airline partner, with Chairman and CEO His Highness Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum affirming the airline’s commitment to global security and counterterrorism cooperation.
Backed by global institutions including the FBI, UNODC, EUROPOL, and IACP, and supported by major industry players, the summit will also host an exhibition featuring over 200 companies showcasing next-generation security innovations.
