The Dubai Press Club has revealed the key themes for the fourth edition of the Arab Youth Media Forum set to take place under the Arab Media Summit 2026 from September 15 to 17 at the Dubai World Trade Centre.

The Forum brings together young people, university students, content creators and aspiring media professionals to place the perspectives of younger generations at the centre of conversations about the future of media. It offers a platform for them to share their vision for a sector they are increasingly shaping both as audiences and as active contributors to content and communication tools.

The Arab Media Summit 2026 is held under the patronage of Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum and the directives of Sheikh Ahmed bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum. Over the three days sessions will examine how young people are driving change in content creation, influence and audience engagement, and how art, culture and human experience are opening new avenues for storytelling and identity.

Amna Khalil, member of the Arab Media Summit Organising Committee, said the Forum aims to give young people an active role in shaping Arab media through direct engagement with industry leaders and creatives. She noted this year's agenda focuses on topics tied to young people's interests across media, content creation and digital entertainment.

Discussions will also look at how content creators build closer connections with audiences in a competitive digital landscape, drawing on travel, humour and personal experience as storytelling tools.

The wider Summit will draw more than 200 international media leaders, around 10,000 professionals from across the Arab world and over 400 speakers across more than 175 sessions dedicated to the future of the media industry.
