The 2024 IEEE Women in Engineering International Leadership Summit (ILS), hosted in Dubai on 25-April-2024 for the first time in the UAE, is dedicated to fostering mentorship, facilitating networking, promoting collaboration, and providing training opportunities. The Summit specifically focuses on women’s leadership, empowerment, entrepreneurship, and disruptive/emerging technology.
Jointly organised by the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE), the world's largest technical professional organisation dedicated to advancing technology for the benefit of humanity, and IEEE Women in Engineering (WIE), the largest international professional organisation dedicated to promoting women engineers and scientists, the one-day event provides regional opportunities to foster networking, mentorship, and collaboration. With the leadership and creativity of IEEE WIE volunteers, WIE Summits have been extremely successful and have made an outstanding impact on communities around the globe!
