Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Centre

Hotspot for all the events we hear about, The Convention and Exhibition Centre Launched in 2003, the Centre contains multiple halls and hosts over 500 events each year.

The area can accommodate over 10,000 fans and meet all their needs with its strategically located retail and Food and beverage stores.

Sheikh Rashid Tower

First constructed in 1979, the tower was originally named Sheikh Rashid Tower and held the title of the tallest tower in Dubai until the inauguration of Burj Khalifa. The tower houses multiple multinational agencies, government entities etc. The 39-storey building was opened by Queen Elizabeth II.

The famous building also makes an appearance on the Dubai, 100 AED note.

Convention Tower

Standing at 13 stories tall, the convention tower located on the World Trade Centre campus was launched in 2004 as a 'purpose-built commercial building.'

Located in close proximity to the exhibition centre, it is home to multiple organisations, including government entities. Its location gives the employees and organisations located in the tower the convenience and ease of access to any events and conventions held in the DWTC.

All spaces in the Convention Tower are part of the DWTC Free Zone that gives the tenants many benefits, including permitting 100% foreign ownership.

As apparent from the exteriors of the tower, the tower features floor-to-ceiling windows enabling the tenants to look over the landscape of Dubai.

One Central

Certified by the U.S. Green Building Council with the LEED Certification, the wide green building certification from over the world. The five commercial buildings are applauded for their efforts in improving their energy and environmental design.

The Dubai World Trade Centre is accessible by metro. One must take the Red Line and get off at the metro station associated with the DWTC, World Trade Centre Metro Station.
