Dubai Land Department (DLD) and the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism (DET) have announced that the First-Time Home Buyer Program has helped more than 3,200 residents purchase their first homes since launching in July 2025, with total residential transactions surpassing AED 5 billion.

In under a year, the program has drawn nearly 45,000 registrations from UAE residents aged 18 and above who do not currently own freehold property in Dubai, underlining the scale of demand for structured pathways into homeownership.

Nine new developers have joined the program as part of its latest expansion phase: 4Direction Developments, Arada, Dubai World Trade Centre, IRTH Group, Manam, Qube Development, Reportage Properties, SAMANA Developers, and Sky View Real Estate. Their inclusion brings the total developer count to 22, widening the range of eligible properties across price points, locations, and unit types. Five banks continue to support the program by providing financing options to qualifying buyers.

Binghatti Holding was recognised by DET and DLD for recording the highest number of units sold under the program since its inception, reflecting the measurable role private developers play in delivering on the initiative's objectives.

The program aligns with the Dubai Economic Agenda D33, which targets doubling the emirate's economy, and supports the Dubai Real Estate Strategy 2033's goal of raising homeownership rates while growing the sector's contribution to GDP.

Residents yet to register can do so through the Dubai Land Department website or the Dubai REST app. Those already registered can update their preferences to include the newly participating developers and browse the expanded inventory of eligible homes.
