e& has concluded its Annual General Meeting (AGM) today, presenting shareholders with strong financial results and reaffirming its commitment to becoming a leading global technology group.

The meeting saw the approval of the Board’s proposal for a cash dividend of 83 fils (AED0.83) per share for FY 2024, highlighting the Group’s dedication to consistent shareholder value.

Chairman Jassem Mohamed Bu Ataba Alzaabi shared that 2024 was marked by substantial growth, with record revenues of AED59.2 billion, up 10.1%, and a net profit of AED10.8 billion, rising 4.3%. These results were driven by strategic initiatives including geographic expansion, revenue diversification, and the scaling of digital operations, positioning e& for long-term success and increased market opportunities.

Alzaabi emphasized the Group's global ambition, with operations now spanning 38 countries across the Middle East, Africa, Asia, and Central and Eastern Europe. CEO Hatem Dowidar echoed this, calling 2024 a year of "more" — more growth, more opportunities, and more impact. Dowidar highlighted the role of advanced digital solutions and AI innovations in enhancing e&’s performance, setting the stage for even greater achievements in 2025.

The company’s global leadership was further solidified through strategic investments and its recognition as the ‘World’s Fastest-Growing Brand’ by Brand Finance. e& also earned accolades for delivering the world’s fastest mobile network speeds, reinforcing its position as a pioneer in 5G innovation.

As e& continues its transformation journey, its robust performance in 2024 underpins its strategy to innovate, lead, and deliver sustainable value to its stakeholders for years to come.
