Education Interface is deepening its push to prepare Emirati youth for future-focused careers, running a set of national programmes aimed at building the country's knowledge economy and human capital.
The platform focuses on practical skills training and career pathways rather than just career awareness, aiming to build a generation ready to handle economic and technological shifts. It runs these efforts through partnerships with government and private-sector organisations.
One flagship effort is National Youth Finance Pioneers (NYFP), run with First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) and backed by the Ministry of Education, aimed at preparing Emirati talent for banking and finance careers. Over 600 students went through its nomination and assessment stages, with a smaller high-potential group selected for advanced training that includes real banking exposure. A second edition is now in the works to expand the programme's reach.
Hana Al Rostamani, Group CEO at FAB, called the investment in young national talent strategic for the UAE's banking sector, saying the partnership gives students direct exposure to the industry to help them make informed career choices.
The second major programme, the National Talent Empowerment Program in Maritime and Logistics, runs with AD Ports Group and introduces students to careers in ports, maritime services and logistics. Its outreach has reached over 5,424 students so far.
Captain Mohamed Juma Al Shamisi, Managing Director and Group CEO at AD Ports Group, tied the partnership to national efforts to empower Emirati youth and build awareness of the maritime sector's opportunities. Sultan Al Ghaithi, Group Chief Human Resources Officer at AD Ports Group, framed it as connecting education directly to labour market needs in the sector.
Education Interface says these partnerships show what's possible when education bodies, government and the private sector work together, and plans to keep expanding into other strategic sectors.
