Emirates NBD has signed a strategic partnership with Dubai-based developer H&H Development to provide integrated home financing for buyers of its off-plan residential projects in the emirate, creating a smoother path from purchase to handover.
The programme is open to eligible home buyers and investors in H&H's premium developments. Eden House The Park will pilot the initiative, with more projects expected to be added soon. Buyers will have access to tailored mortgage options, competitive rates and a streamlined approval process.
Eligible customers can move to mortgage financing once they reach the 50% payment milestone, giving them greater financial flexibility through to handover. The financing comes from one of the UAE's leading banks, which the partners say ensures regulatory transparency, service continuity and long-term support.
The agreement also supports Emirates NBD's push to strengthen Dubai's real estate ecosystem and contribute to the goals of Dubai Vision 2030, which centres on sustainable urban development, world-class residential communities and higher foreign and local investment. For the bank, it signals confidence in the property market while allowing a prudent expansion of its secured lending portfolio under strict risk management.
Yousuf Saeed Mohd, Group Head of Priority and Personal Banking, and Retail Banking Sales at Emirates NBD, said the collaboration simplifies the off-plan buying experience by pairing premier real estate with financial convenience. He added that it helps customers make informed decisions with greater security and confidence.
Shahab Lutfi, Chairman of H&H, said the partnership reflects a shared commitment to making Dubai one of the world's most attractive destinations for home ownership. He noted that working with Emirates NBD gives buyers more financial clarity and flexibility while reinforcing trust, and said H&H looks forward to building on the relationship as Dubai's residential landscape evolves.
