Driven by a passion for transporting guests on a sensory adventure, Santè Ria presents an immersive experience where diners can explore the rich traditions and flavors of Latin America without leaving Dubai.
Drawing inspiration from Mama's recipes, Santè Ria will pulsate with the vibrant energy of Cuba throughout the month, offering an array of dishes served with a special Cuba-themed Azucar brunch every Friday, with Cuban music and entertainment. Delight in traditional Cuban dishes every day and during brunch with specials such as Arroz Con Pollo A La Cubana (chicken and rice), Mariquitas Con Vinagreta De Cilantro y Limon (fried plantain with cilantro, lime, and vinaigrette), Bollitos De Caritas (black-eyed pea fritters), and Croquetas De Jamón De Pavo (turkey ham croquettes).
