Dubai is gearing up to host the highly anticipated Excellence in Oncology Care Conference (EIOC 2024) from October 11th to 13th at the Intercontinental Hotel, Festival City.
The event will bring together global leaders in cancer treatment, diagnosis, and prevention, creating a vital platform to share innovative strategies for enhancing patient care.
EIOC 2024 will feature over 200 expert speakers, 30 specialised organisations, and 14 scientific sessions, making it a key event in advancing oncology knowledge and collaboration. Experts from the MENA region, South-East Asia, and beyond will present cutting-edge findings, tackling the latest challenges in cancer care. Topics such as breast cancer, lung cancer, immuno-oncology, and molecular tumours will be at the forefront of discussions.
Dr. Shaheenah Dawood, President of the EIOC Conference, highlighted the UAE's proactive efforts in reducing cancer rates. She emphasized that EIOC 2024 is more than just a conference, calling it a collaborative space where healthcare professionals can share insights and improve patient outcomes.
A special highlight is the Young Leaders in Oncology initiative, where emerging professionals will showcase their research. This program has drawn submissions from 13 countries, offering a glimpse into the future of oncology.
Organised by INDEX Conferences and Exhibitions with support from entities like the Dubai Health Authority and the Oncology Nursing Society, EIOC 2024 promises to be a global hub for oncology innovation and education, contributing significantly to cancer care advancements in the UAE.
