Expo City Dubai is set to host the 2025 Cities in Action Forum, an influential event aimed at driving investment, innovation, and collaboration for Dubai’s urban growth.
Scheduled for February 6-7, the forum will gather industry leaders, city planners, architects, and government bodies to discuss strategies for developing equitable, sustainable, and resilient cities.
The event offers a platform for SMEs, entrepreneurs, and innovators focused on sustainable urban solutions to connect with key stakeholders, including developers and city leaders. This year’s forum builds on the Expo City master plan, inviting participants to explore Dubai’s cutting-edge urban environment and engage in its innovation ecosystem.
Addressing shared global challenges from a leadership perspective, the forum will examine practical solutions and technologies essential for the future of cities. Key topics include strategies for balancing environmental stewardship with economic growth, promoting urban wellbeing, and enabling communities to thrive in harmony with nature. Sessions will guide investment decisions and inspire new innovation pathways, vital for global urban development.
Nadia Verjee, Executive Director of Global Initiatives and Advisory at Expo City Dubai, emphasized the importance of the forum, stating,
