GESS Dubai 2024 Opens with a Focus on Educational Innovation, Wellbeing, and Sustainability

Returning for its 17th year, GESS Dubai 2024, organized by Informa Connect, kicked off today at the Dubai World Trade Centre, drawing thousands of educators and industry leaders eager to explore advancements in education technology, student wellbeing, and sustainability.

The event, officially inaugurated by Butti Saeed Al Ghandi, Vice-Chairman of DWTC, is set to serve as a platform for progressive discussions tailored to the Middle East’s education sector.

As educational institutions adapt to new standards and tech-driven tools, GESS Dubai 2024 addresses these challenges with a curated agenda focusing on student engagement, eco-friendly learning environments, and global best practices. Day 1 featured sessions on digital fluency, holistic development, and leadership styles that foster inclusivity and adaptability within school environments.
