Salvaje, a highly acclaimed Japanese haute cuisine restaurant and lounge, has recently opened in Downtown Dubai.
The restaurant invites guests to enjoy an exclusive Iftar experience during the Holy Month of Ramadan. Nestled inside The Address Opera Residences, Salvaje is known for its innovative culinary excellence and bespoke hospitality.
For a price of AED 280 per person, guests can enjoy a four-course Iftar set menu, available from sundown. With the iconic Burj Khalifa as a backdrop, Salvaje Dubai is the perfect dining destination to immerse oneself in the sacred month of the year. Guests are invited to indulge in an unparalleled Iftar feast, specially crafted by Chef Fermín Azkue and his team of expert chefs from the Salvaje kitchen. They can choose to dine indoors or al fresco on the expansive terrace with front-row views of the Burj Khalifa.
The Iftar series begins with dates, edamame, and tomato-kimchi soup, followed by a delicious presentation of sharing-style appetizers of spicy tuna roll, SLVJ salad, short ribs bao, and truffle mushroom dumplings. Diners can then choose from a range of main courses, including lamb chops served with tofu feta sauce and homemade pickled cucumbers, baby chicken marinated in miso and jalapeno, inside skirt wagyu, black cod glazed in Japanese plum and chard bed, or Japanese risotto with truffle paste.
For dessert, guests can enjoy decadent choices such as matcha volcano paired with coconut ice cream, cacao with milk chocolate mousse, Venezuelan chocolate, passionfruit gel, chocolate cake, or yuzu and yuzu pie served with pistachio brittle.
Embark on a journey that redefines Dubai's culinary landscape as you immerse yourself in the enchantment of local iftar traditions with Salvaje.
