Juspay, a global provider of enterprise-grade payment infrastructure, has entered the Middle East market with the launch of its regional headquarters at Dubai International Financial Centre, marking a significant milestone in the company’s international growth strategy.

The new DIFC office will anchor Juspay’s regional operations and enable closer collaboration with enterprise merchants, banks, and financial institutions as digital commerce activity accelerates across the GCC. Rapidly scaling sectors such as airlines, hospitality, e-commerce, and financial services are facing growing complexity due to multiple currencies, evolving regulations, and diverse local payment methods.

Juspay aims to address these challenges through its payments orchestration platform, which delivers a unified payments stack designed to improve authorisation rates, reduce costs, streamline compliance, and support seamless expansion across regional and global markets.

Establishing a presence in DIFC underscores Juspay’s long-term commitment to building regulated, reliable, and enterprise-grade payments infrastructure in the Middle East. The company plans to work closely with regional banks, acquirers, networks, and ecosystem partners to develop scalable solutions tailored to the needs of cross-border enterprises.

Sheetal Lalwani, Co-founder and COO of Juspay, said the company is bringing over a decade of experience in building mission-critical payments infrastructure to support the region’s fast-evolving digital economy.

Salmaan Jaffery, Chief Business Development Officer at DIFC Authority, welcomed the expansion, noting that Juspay’s presence strengthens Dubai’s fintech ecosystem and reinforces DIFC’s role as a global hub for financial innovation.

Juspay currently powers more than 500 enterprise merchants and banks worldwide, including Amazon, Google, HSBC, Agoda, and Flipkart. The company plans to grow its Middle East team across business development, solution engineering, and partnerships as it scales its regional footprint.
