Mohammed Bin Rashid Aerospace Hub has confirmed that construction of its Sky Support Complex remains on schedule for completion by the end of the third quarter of 2026, a milestone that marks another step forward in the aerospace platform's expanding infrastructure.
The facility sits within the Aerospace Supply Chain Zone at Dubai South and covers 16,661 square metres. It comprises 14 premium units built specifically to serve aviation-related businesses, offering a landside base designed around the practical needs of the sector.
Once operational, companies based at the complex will gain access to flexible warehouse, office and commercial spaces along with dedicated landside access. The site also connects directly to Al Maktoum International Airport and the broader Dubai South ecosystem, positioning tenants close to key aviation infrastructure.
Set within a bonded free zone, the Sky Support Complex offers 100 percent foreign ownership and a regulatory environment tailored to aviation companies, alongside infrastructure built to support operational efficiency at scale.
Tahnoon Saif, CEO of MBRAH, said the project reflects the platform's ongoing commitment to developing facilities that meet the changing demands of the aviation industry. He noted that as demand for specialised aerospace facilities continues to rise, MBRAH remains focused on delivering premium developments that allow businesses to grow and take advantage of Dubai's aviation ecosystem.
The Sky Support Complex forms part of a wider push by Dubai South to strengthen its position as a global aerospace and logistics hub. With Al Maktoum International Airport undergoing significant expansion, facilities like this one are expected to play a growing role in supporting the region's aviation supply chain over the coming years.
