Meraas, part of Dubai Holding Real Estate, has awarded a construction contract exceeding AED450 million to Naresco Contracting LLC for the development of Central Park Plaza, a premium residential project at City Walk.
Set for completion in the third quarter of 2027, Central Park Plaza will feature two towers—Tower A with 23 floors and Tower B with 20—housing a total of 212 upscale apartments. The development is positioned as a key addition to City Walk, one of Dubai’s leading lifestyle destinations.
The project underscores Meraas’ strategy to elevate urban living through thoughtfully designed communities.
