Mohammed Bin Rashid Aerospace Hub (MBRAH) has unveiled a new Light Industrial and Maintenance Complex at Dubai South, expanding its infrastructure to meet rising demand across the aviation and aerospace supply chain sectors.

Spanning 24,900 square metres, the development comprises 33 purpose-built units designed to accommodate a broad range of aviation-related activities. Units can be combined to suit varying operational requirements, giving businesses the flexibility to scale as needed.

The complex is positioned within MBRAH's integrated ecosystem, which serves global airlines, private jet operators, MRO providers and associated industries as a free-zone destination. Completion is expected by Q3 2027.

Tahnoon Saif, CEO of Mohammed Bin Rashid Aerospace Hub, said the launch reflects the hub's focus on building infrastructure that responds to current market needs while anticipating future ones. He added that the development aligns with the leadership's vision of strengthening Dubai's standing as the aviation capital of the world.

The announcement reinforces MBRAH's role as a key driver of Dubai South's broader aviation ambitions, offering operators modern, scalable facilities within one of the region's most connected aerospace platforms.
