The Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MoHRE) is highlighting its cutting-edge digital initiatives at GITEX Global 2024, held from October 14th to 18th at the Dubai World Trade Centre.
These initiatives showcase the ministry's commitment to leveraging technology to enhance government services, elevate customer experience, and position the UAE as a leader in the digital economy.
MoHRE’s participation at the DGOV Stand includes a display of its smart application, which allows establishments, employees, and domestic workers to manage transactions securely and efficiently. The app provides real-time updates on facility and worker statuses, helping employers avoid fines and educating workers on their rights.
Additionally, the ministry is showcasing the Work Bundle, a streamlined service package under the Zero Government Bureaucracy Programme, and the Labour Market Simulation Model, an AI-powered tool designed to test and design labour market policies. Other innovations include the AI-based Work Permit Quota Distribution System, which reduces manual bureaucracy in decision-making, and the Automated Approval Project, which automates routine processes.
As part of its digital transformation, MoHRE is the first federal entity to transfer its services to the federal cloud network infrastructure (FedNet). The ministry continues to engage with the public through multiple platforms, including its website, WhatsApp, and the Nafis programme, boosting Emirati employment in the private sector.
These initiatives reflect MoHRE’s ongoing efforts to embrace digital solutions, contributing to the UAE’s leadership in government services and the global digital economy.
