Nissan marks the completion of a year since the global launch of the 2020 Nissan Patrol with the introduction of a new body color for audiences across the region. Fans of the iconic SUV can now purchase the 2021 Nissan Patrol in a new ‘Nuance Beige’ color, while enjoying its class-leading power, supremely crafted luxury and unparalleled on- and off-road capabilities. Furthermore, the Patrol’s wonderfully plush interiors are also available in a new Tan color for the LE T2 model.
The Nissan Patrol continues to demonstrate the brand’s efforts to build on its reputation for being a durable and dynamic vehicle offering opulence and powerful performance in equal measure. The region’s love for the vehicle has also shone through with a 14.4% increase in year-on-year sales in the region[1], despite the temporary impact on overall sales earlier this year as a result of COVID-19.
Thierry Sabbagh, Managing Director, Nissan Middle East said:
“For decades, the legacy and evolution of the Nissan Patrol has been deeply connected with the Gulf and its rich heritage. It is synonymous with luxury, and continues to deliver on its promise to be a hero of all terrains – supplementing its exquisite design and impressive performance with technologies that help you move, while offering safety and premium comfort throughout the driving experience. We look forward to taking this long-standing relationship to new heights as we approach the 70th anniversary of the Nissan Patrol in 2021.”
The latest iteration of the Nissan Patrol saw significant design upgrades when introduced in 2020, with the incorporation of the Nissan’s V-motion grille, boomerang-shaped LED headlights and taillights. Under the hood, the Nissan Patrol features the strongest V6 and V8 engines in the segment – with a base 4.0-liter V6 which produces 275 horsepower and 394 Nm of torque, and a 5.6-liter V8 produces 400 horsepower and 560 Nm of torque.
The interiors also saw a well-received makeover, with a brand new center console, diamond-stitch quilted leather seats with added padding, a hand-stitched steering wheel, and improved cooling and air flow distribution systems for quicker cooling. It also features an extensive suite of advanced safety and security technologies, including Nissan Intelligent Mobility technologies, Intelligent Emergency Braking with pedestrian detection and the Intelligent Forward Collision Warning system.
The new Nuance Beige exterior color option for the 2021 Nissan Patrol is now available at Nissan dealers across the Middle East. For more information on the Nissan Patrol, please contact your nearest authorized Nissan dealership, or visit: https://www.nissan-me.com/
