Parkin Company PJSC has signed a multi-year agreement with Binghatti Holding to operate around 1,200 parking spaces across key residential and commercial developments in Dubai, marking a strategic move to expand its footprint in the city’s developer parking segment.
The agreement will see Parkin manage parking facilities across approximately 30 locations within Jumeirah Village Circle, Al Jaddaf and Business Bay. The rollout is expected to begin towards the end of the second quarter of 2026, with full integration of Parkin’s systems into Binghatti’s existing infrastructure.
As part of the partnership, all parking access will be incorporated into the Parkin mobile application, allowing users to book and manage both short-term and long-term parking through a single platform. The offering will also include seasonal parking options, aimed at improving flexibility for residents and visitors.
Parkin said the initiative aligns with its broader strategy to scale its managed parking portfolio while enhancing digital capabilities. The company noted that the agreement is not expected to have a material impact on its financial performance.
The integration is designed to streamline vehicle entry, parking and exit, while improving asset utilisation across underused spaces. Both companies highlighted the role of technology in supporting more efficient urban mobility and elevating the overall customer experience.
The partnership reflects growing demand in Dubai for professionally managed and digitally enabled parking solutions, particularly within large-scale real estate developments, as the city continues to advance its smart infrastructure ambitions.
