Dubai’s Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has announced the business hours of all its services during the holy month of Ramadan 1443 A.H. (2022), including customer happiness centres, paid parking zones, public buses, Dubai Metro and Tram, marine transit means, and service provider centres (technical testing).
During the month of Ramadan, customer happiness centres will open from Monday to Thursday from 9:00 to 17:00, and on Friday from 9:00 to 14:00. The smart customer happiness centres at Umm Ramool, Al Manara, Deira, Al Barsha, Tawar, Al Kafaf and RTA’s Head Office will operate as usual around the clock.
The business hours of service providers centres (technical testing) will be as follows: Tasjeel Jebel Ali, City of Arabia: morning shift from 8:00 to 16:30, evening and Friday shift: 20:00 to 23:30. Hatta morning shift 9:00 to 14:30, evening and Friday shift: 20:00 to 23:30.
Tasjeel Al Qusais, Al Barsha, Motor City, and Al Mutakamela Al Quoz Sunday to Thursday morning shift: 8:00 to 00:30, evening and Friday: 20:00 to 00:30. Tasjeel Discovery Garden, Warsan, Al Awir: Sunday to Thursday morning shift: 9:00 to 14:30, evening and Friday shift: 20:00 to 00:30. Al-Twar: morning shift: 9:00 to 14:30, evening and Friday shift: 20:00 to 23:30.
Al Mutakamela Al Awir, Sunday to Thursday morning shift: 9:00 to 14:30, evening and Friday shift: 20:00 to 00:30.
