Dubai’s Road and Transport Authority has said that a road will be closed due to rainwater accumulation.
Al Asayel Street will be closed in both directions between Al Maraba’a Street and Kahraman Street.

Motorists have been advised to use First Al Khail Street and Al Khail Road to reach their destinations.
Rainfall of varying intensities has lashed the UAE this week. The National Centre of Meteorology (NCM) has cautioned all residents to take utmost care and avoid valleys, flooded areas, and landslides.

The country’s Interior Ministry has also called on the public to adhere to the alerts sent out by authorities in light of inclement weather conditions.

Temperatures may dip to lows of 10°C across internal areas, and to 3°C amid the mountains, NCM has said.
