The Ministry of Industry and Advanced Technology (MoIAT) has officially launched the agenda and slogan for the fourth and largest edition of Make it in the Emirates, set to take place from 19 to 22 May 2025 at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre under the theme Advanced Industries. Accelerated.

Announced during a high-profile press conference at Emirates Towers, the event reflects the UAE’s growing push to position itself as a global hub for advanced manufacturing, industrial innovation, and economic diversification.

Dr. Sultan bin Ahmed Al Jaber, Minister of Industry and Advanced Technology, led the briefing, citing the country’s strategic vision and progress in building a knowledge-based, resilient economy.

The 2025 edition is expected to draw over 30,000 visitors and more than 700 exhibitors—marking a five-fold growth from last year—across an expanded 68,000 sqm exhibition space. Organised by MoIAT and ADNEC Group with support from ADNOC, ADIO, and the Ministry of Culture, the event aims to connect investors, manufacturers, and innovators with procurement opportunities and national development goals.

Key highlights include the launch of major industrial projects, a dedicated pavilion for Emirati handicrafts, new financing solutions, and over 1,200 job opportunities for Emiratis. The agenda spans topics like AI-driven manufacturing, Industry 4.0, and global trade access, alongside panel discussions, award ceremonies, and startup competitions.

Dr. Al Jaber reaffirmed the UAE’s commitment to fostering local industry and attracting global talent, noting a 68% rise in industrial exports since 2020 and AED 347 billion in cumulative local spending through the In-Country Value Program.

With record participation, strategic partnerships, and a focus on innovation and heritage, Make it in the Emirates 2025 sets the stage for a transformative chapter in the UAE’s industrial journey.
