DP World reported revenue of $12.7 billion for the first half of 2026, a 13.1 percent rise year-on-year, as the strength of its global network helped the company weather significant disruption to trade flows across the Middle East.
Growth in Logistics, Marine Services and the company's international Ports and Terminals portfolio offset lower activity at Jebel Ali. Excluding Jebel Ali, container volumes rose 6.5 percent on a like-for-like basis, driven by gains across Africa, Asia Pacific, Europe and the Americas.
Jebel Ali remains fully operational with no physical damage reported. DP World has rolled out mitigation measures across its regional network, including expanded inland connectivity, to keep critical cargo moving.
Group Chairman Essa Kazim said the results demonstrate the strength of DP World's portfolio and integrated business model, along with its ability to keep goods flowing across international markets despite regional volatility. He reaffirmed the company's commitment to continued investment in the UAE and to strengthening its position as a leading global trade and logistics hub.
Kazim added that DP World is expanding its UAE gateway network with two new terminals in Fujairah, which will extend the Jebel Ali ecosystem through an integrated supply chain and give cargo owners greater flexibility and resilience.
Group CEO Yuvraj Narayan said adjusted EBITDA climbed 9.7 percent, supported by strong performances across Africa, the Americas, Asia Pacific and Europe.
The company invested $1.5 billion across its global portfolio in the first half of the year and expects to invest roughly $3 billion in 2026 overall, backing new capacity and trade infrastructure in key growth markets including the UAE, UK, India, Saudi Arabia and the Democratic Republic of Congo.
DP World said it remains positive about the medium to long term outlook for global trade, citing its diversified network and expanding logistics arm as key strengths going forward.
