Dubai will welcome the 15th edition of Paperworld Middle East from 13 to 15 October 2026, drawing international manufacturers, suppliers, distributors and buyers to the city and reaffirming the UAE's role as a bridge between regional and global trade markets.

The three-day exhibition will take place at Dubai World Trade Centre, arriving at a time when the global paper and stationery sectors are on a strong growth trajectory. Fortune Business Insights projects the two markets will reach US$294.53 billion and US$218.12 billion respectively by 2030.

Exhibitors will include businesses from major manufacturing hubs around the world alongside UAE-based names such as Ittihad Paper Mill, the GCC's first and largest printing and writing paper mill. Their presence underscores the growing strength of the region's own manufacturing base alongside its established position as a trading hub.

Mark Palmer, Show Director of Paperworld Middle East, said the event gives businesses and buyers a single platform to connect with new suppliers, discover the latest product innovations and forge partnerships that drive commercial growth.

Visitors can expect a wide-ranging showcase covering stationery supplies, office and school products, teaching and learning materials, and digital stationery. The exhibition will also feature hobby, craft and art materials, along with paper processing machinery. Interactive experiences and creative workshops will run alongside the trade floor, offering something beyond the usual business-to-business format.

With its blend of established manufacturers and emerging suppliers, Paperworld Middle East continues to position Dubai as a key meeting point for the global paper and stationery trade, drawing buyers and sellers from across the Middle East, Africa and beyond.
