Dubai International Chamber has reported a sharp rise in foreign company inflows during the first quarter of 2025, reinforcing the emirate’s standing as a global business hub.

The chamber successfully attracted 53 international companies to Dubai between January and March, marking a 39% year-on-year increase.

Among the new entrants were 11 multinational corporations—more than double the five secured during the same period in 2024—alongside 42 small and medium-sized enterprises, which rose 27% year-on-year. The figures highlight growing international confidence in Dubai’s business environment and the chamber’s expanding global outreach.

The chamber, one of three operating under Dubai Chambers, has been instrumental in promoting the city as a prime destination for foreign direct investment. Through its network of international offices, it connects overseas businesses with Dubai’s strategic advantages, including its location, infrastructure, and access to regional markets.

“We are continuing to strengthen our efforts to attract foreign direct investment to Dubai and showcase the emirate’s competitive advantages and wide range of opportunities,”

said Sultan Ahmed bin Sulayem, Chairman of Dubai International Chamber.

He credited the chamber’s international presence as a driving force behind the surge in interest from both established multinationals and ambitious SMEs seeking to expand from Dubai to regional and global markets.

The latest results come as part of Dubai’s broader economic strategy to position itself as a global centre for trade, innovation, and investment. With continued momentum, the chamber’s early 2025 performance signals a promising trajectory for the year ahead.

The chamber’s proactive approach to outreach and investor support continues to play a central role in shaping Dubai’s global economic appeal.
