Dubai Festivals and Retail Establishment (DFRE) and Dubai Chambers have launched "Win Your Home in Dubai," a 12-week citywide campaign offering residents and visitors the chance to win residential property simply by shopping at participating outlets across the emirate.
Running from 22 May to 30 August 2026, the initiative invites participants aged 18 and above to enter by spending AED 500 at any of the 1,000-plus participating brands across more than 3,500 retail outlets. Every qualifying spend earns an entry into the draw, with additional entries granted for each subsequent AED 500 spent.
The prize pool comprises 12 residential units supplied by exclusive real estate partner Binghatti Developers, including 11 studio apartments and one two-bedroom apartment. A studio will be awarded each week throughout the campaign, with the two-bedroom unit serving as the grand prize in the final draw.
To enter, shoppers must scan a QR code on official campaign materials at a participating location and upload their receipt for validation. Early entries remain valid across all subsequent weekly draws, giving participants a longer window of eligibility the sooner they engage.
The campaign spans major retail events including Eid Al Adha, the 3 Day Super Sale, and Dubai Summer Surprises, allowing participants to benefit from seasonal discounts while accumulating draw entries.
Ahmed Al Khaja, CEO of DFRE, described the campaign as bringing to life Dubai's identity as a city where people from around the world come to build a future, while Khalid AlJarwan of Dubai Chambers highlighted its role in strengthening commercial activity across the emirate's retail ecosystem.
