The Dubai Ports Authority has reaffirmed its full operational readiness to deliver integrated maritime services around the clock, ensuring uninterrupted vessel support across Dubai’s ports and anchorage areas.
Operating under the Ports, Customs and Free Zone Corporation, the Authority highlighted its advanced systems that enable a wide range of essential services. These include bunkering, supply of provisions and medical support, crew changes, and other operational requirements, all managed through streamlined processes designed to maximise efficiency.
Captain Ibrahim Al Blooshi, Executive Director of the Dubai Ports Authority, said the initiative reflects a broader commitment to raising awareness among ship operators and owners about the availability and continuity of services. He noted that the Authority maintains a proactive communication approach to ensure vessel needs are addressed promptly.
He added that the Authority continues to enhance service flexibility and responsiveness by connecting vessels with approved service providers and ensuring seamless access to critical operations. Continuous coordination with service providers supports operational integration, resource readiness, and adherence to high quality standards.
The Authority also provides direct communication channels with relevant entities, enabling customers to coordinate requests efficiently. Its Customer Service Center operates 24 hours a day to ensure rapid response and consistent service delivery.
These efforts form part of Dubai Ports Authority’s ongoing strategy to strengthen supply chains and reinforce Dubai’s standing as a leading global maritime and logistics hub.
