Jumeirah College has made a noteworthy appearance in Carfax Education's fifth annual Schools Index, a prestigious ranking of top schools worldwide.
This index evaluates schools based on various criteria, including academic performance, university preparation, and the institution's unique ethos, all while considering their local and international reputation.
The Schools Index not only assesses schools' educational excellence but also incorporates important factors such as technology integration and sustainability practices. It provides a comprehensive overview of curricula, fee structures, and practical information, including travel times to nearby airports.
Among the elite schools listed for 2024 are renowned British institutions like Eton College, Harrow, Wycombe Abbey, Rugby School, and Brighton College. The index also recognizes international entries, including King's College in New Zealand and Vienna International School. Notable new additions this year are Haileybury and Windlesham House, both from the UK.
Nicholas Brain, Principal and CEO of Jumeirah College, expressed pride in the school's recognition, stating,
“We are absolutely delighted to be included once again in The Carfax Education Schools Index as one of the very best private schools globally.”
He emphasized the school's commitment to fostering ambitious students who are prepared to face global challenges.
Fiona McKenzie, Head of Education at Carfax Education, noted that the Schools Index has become an invaluable resource for parents seeking quality education for their children, reflecting the exceptional standards upheld by the recognized institutions. This year's index highlights the distinctive contributions of each school to the educational landscape.
