Etihad Credit Bureau has partnered with DubaiNow to allow users seamless access to their credit reports and scores directly through the app, marking a significant step in the UAE’s digital transformation journey.
The integration enables DubaiNow’s extensive user base to instantly view personal credit information with a single click, eliminating the need for separate logins or platforms. The move enhances convenience and supports smarter financial decisions for individuals and businesses across the country.
Marwan Ahmad Lutfi, Director General of Etihad Credit Bureau, emphasized the importance of this collaboration in simplifying access to critical financial data. He noted that the integration supports the UAE’s broader vision of digital connectivity by using advanced APIs and user-centric platforms.
Matar Al Hemeiri, Chief Executive of Digital Dubai Government Establishment, welcomed the initiative as part of a wider effort to digitalize daily life in the UAE. He said it aligns with the “We the UAE 2031” vision, which aims to create a future-ready, tech-enabled society.
The initiative follows Etihad Credit Bureau’s successful service integration with TAMM Abu Dhabi and reflects its ongoing commitment to building efficient, interconnected government systems. DubaiNow, developed by Digital Dubai, now offers more than 300 services, continuing to lead in unified smart city experiences.
