How did you initially come up with the idea or concept for the business?
The main idea was to start my own business and grow in the UAE market as a business owner & live in Dubai long term as Dubai is one of the best cities to live in.

2011: Hadanco Packaging Solutions LLC was established as a company.
2014: Major corporate restructuring took place when new shareholders joined the company.
2016: Increased product range and introduced Composite Corded Strap in our product range. Until 2017, it was a struggling period for us since the company was operating at losses.
2018 & 2019: The business grew well during 2018 & 2019 and the business got a major breakthrough after the introduction of the new product Composite Cord Strap and the business was well established once again.
2020: COVID-19 hit the world in 2020 however we were able to survive with some dent in business which dropped our sales during the COVID-19 period.
2021: Adopted digital marketing strategy in 2021 onwards which produced good results and contributed well to business growth.
2022: Recovery from COVID-19 and increase in product range and introduced Hotmelt Baling Strap, Lashing Strap, Strapping Machines, Wrapping Machines, and Case Sealing machines to our product range.
What made you choose Dubai as a location to set up your business?
The major reason was my wish to live in Dubai for the long term as I love living in Dubai and it was not possible being on job. Furthermore, I had knowledge and experience of the Dubai market during my job, so it was good to make a startup for my own business in Dubai.
